James ‘Jim’ Biever


James “Jim” Biever, 48, of the Town of Fredonia, passed away on the evening of Saturday, July 20, 2019, surrounded by his loving family.   

He was born on Feb. 3, 1971, in Port Washington.  

After graduating from Random Lake High School in 1989, Jim joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he proudly served four years.  

He married the love of his life, Debbie Katorski, on July 26, 1997, and together they had two children.  

Jim was employed at Wilo USA in Cedarburg.  

He loved spending time outdoors.  Jim enjoyed camping, snowmobiling, motorcycling, playing volleyball and traveling with his wife and kids.

Jim is survived by his wife Debbie, his daughter Paige and his son Blake; siblings Judy (Marvin)  Light of Arizona, Jerry Biever of Dacada, Ricky (Nicole) Biever of Germany and Donna (Kevin) Stageman of Fredonia; sisters-in-law Donna (Todd) Watson, Darlene (Steve) Middleman and Brenda (Tom) Mateljan; and nieces and nephews Alisha and Brandon (Tara) Biever, Tim Biever, Samantha (Norraphon), Cody, Collin (Kaitlyn) and Seth Stageman, Collin and Taylor Watson, Alexis and Riley Middleman and Cathy, Evelyn, Neala, Jeanne and Tommy Mateljan. is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Gerald C. Biever.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019, at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave., Cedarburg.   

A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m., with military honors immediately following.

Eernisse Funeral Home of Cedarburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
