The class is ideal for those who have a fear of falls, or who want to improve their balance and mobility, or who feel they have good balance and want to learn to dance and hone preventative balance skills.
Participants will complete before and after balance testing.
Dances will be taught in line formation with options to dance with a partner.
Participants are asked to bring a binder and wear comfortable shoes.
Classes will be held on the lower level of the Grafton Senior Center from 2 to 3 p.m. Mondays, March 24 through June 9.
The fee is $67. Register in advance online at https://graftonwi.activityreg.com or call the Grafton Parks and Recreation Department at (262) 375-5310.
