Igess sets Port school record

Port Washington High School’s Tre’Jon Igess started the outdoor track and field season with a bang.
Igess broke the school record in the triple jump at the Raider Invite at Sheboygan North on March 22. His leap of 45 feet, 4 inches broke the 2014 mark of 44-2.45 by Darius Will.
“Tre’Jon has been working hard at this event since his freshman year and had this as a goal coming into the season,” coach Mark Pasten said.
Port and Grafton were to compete at Homestead on Tuesday, April 15. Port competes in Kewaskum and Grafton in West Bend on Friday, April 25.
