Horsin’ around at the Derby party

The field, aka Buechler Farms’ barn, was full of Kentucky Derby enthusiasts on May 1 for the annual race billed as the most exciting two minutes in sports. The Derby Party included cocktails, Southern-style finger foods, betting with fun money and a band. Above (from left) Cheri Buechler, Diane Denon and Kathy Kerman were in a dead heat for wearing the most fashionable hat. Right, Eileen Walsh-Rahn came out of the gates strong sipping her cocktail. Far right, Kelly Risch of Belgium took the lead by a hair in posing for a pretty photo.
