Hollywood homecoming stars

It’s homecoming week at Port Washington High School, where the stars of the Hollywood-themed celebration are court members (front row, from left) Josie Tetzlaff, Nina Martinez-Lopez, Galina Vartanova, Brielle Bertler, Abigail Bley, Caroline Hadacek, (middle row) Logan Niemeyer, Benjamin Fritsch, Rachel Krueger, Toni Walters, Elijah Perez, (back row) Bryce Grant, Patrick Lippe, Michael Bunyan, Nate Uselding and Hewitt Dekker. The court will be formally introduced during halftime of the varsity soccer game on Thursday, Oct. 14. On Friday, the downtown parade is scheduled to begin at 4:15 p.m. followed by a tailgate party in the high school courtyard and varsity football game at 7 p.m. The celebration continues on Saturday with a dance in the school cafeteria.                 Photo by Sam Arendt
