Hippity Hoppity egg hunt set for April 12

Port Washington’s annual Hippity Hoppity Easter egg hunt and activities will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 12, in Upper Lake Park.

Youngsters will be able to hunt for thousands of plastic eggs that are stuffed with candy, as well as pose for photos with the Easter bunny and look for a golden egg.

Children 5 and younger will hunt for eggs in Possibility Playground while older children will hunt in the park’s Area 4.

Free coffee and juice will also be provided.

After the hunt, youngsters and their families are invited to go on a treat walk through downtown.

The annual event is sponsored by the Greater Port Washington Kiwanis Club and the Port Washington Recreation Department.
