Hilbert proves to be a rude host

Ozaukee High School’s football team will have better days this season than it did at Hilbert last Friday.

The Wolves dominated the Warriors, 56-7, at home.

For Ozaukee (0-2), Jack Genzmer returned a kickoff 83 yards in the second quarter for a touchdown. Brent Hoffmann hit the extra point to make it 28-7.

For Hilbert, Dylan Dohr ran nine times for 154 yards and two scores, and Evan Lau had 14 carries for 132 yards and two touchdowns. Two Wolves’ quarterbacks combined to go 4-for-4 passing for 50 yards and a touchdown.

Ozaukee hosts Mishicot (0-2) on Friday.
