Grafton woman earns degree from Mankato

A Grafton woman was among 2,467 students who graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato on May 7.

Chloe Kultgen graduated magna cum laude.

She earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing.
