Grafton student is business school coach

Kate Aleknavicius of Grafton is one of 45 University of Nebraska-Lincoln students selected as new strengths coaches in the College of Business’ Clifton Strengths Institute.
Aleknavicius is a freshman management major.
The students will join returning coaches to mentor about 1,000 students in the college enrolled in Professional Enhancement I: Investing in Strengths, a required course for first-year business students.
The class helps students to delve into their top strengths from the CliftonStrengths assessment and teaches them how to apply their natural talents across academic, personal and professional experiences.
