It took all of two games for a former Cedar Grove-Belgium High School star athlete to feel the thrill of a nail-biting victory.

Abi Lucas, formerly Abi von Heimburg, has taken over as coach of the girls’ basketball program after serving as an assistant under Mike Bikman for one season.
