Focusing on wellness at Grafton High

Mental and physical health were top of mind at Grafton High School during Wellness Week last month, which featured daily events hosted by the school’s Wellness Committee in partnership with local organizations and businesses that highlighted different aspects of well-being ranging from gratitude and self-love to physical and nutritional health. Clockwise from top left photo: Students in the culinary arts program, Ethyn Turowski, Thomas Norris and Isabella Norris, served vegetarian chili. Tyler Heinle, Bella Goodwin and Juna Ebermann stopped at the Advocates of Ozaukee information table. Nicolette Birkholz, head of youth services at the Grafton Pubic Library, helped students create Zen gardens.
