Fixing a historical house in Port

Crews were working on a long-awaited maintenance project at the Eghart House at 302 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington earlier this week that will give the historic house a facelift. A wide variety of projects, including a new porch, are being undertaken at the house, which was built in 1872 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.      Photo by Sam Arendt
