Events include tech help, movie showing

The Grafton Library has a full schedule of events in December.

The “Knit Happens” club will meet from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, in the upper level meeting room.

Library Director Amanda Kloppmann will lead the session for knitters of all ages and abilities.

Reference Librarian Karl Suechting will offer drop in technology help from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, at the reference desk.

A kids and family movie showing will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, in the lower level meeting room.

A writer’s workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, in the lower level meeting room.

The workshop is open to area writers interested in novels, short stories and fan fiction. The group offers encouragement, critique and creative feedback to writers, who are encouraged but not required to bring 1,000 words of their work to share.

The Dungeons and Dragons Club will meet from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 24, in the library’s lower level meeting room.

Teenagers of all skill levels are invited.
