Eghart House will open Saturdays starting May 29
The Judge Eghart House, a restored Victorian home in Port Washington, will open for the season on Saturday, May 29.
The Eghart House will be open from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays through Labor Day, with volunteers leading guided tours.
The house at 302 W. Grand Ave. will this year host a 50th season display — a self-guided exhibit about the history of the restoration, the people who made it possible and special events the house hosted throughout its history.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and mask guidelines will be followed.
The fee is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
Group tours may be arranged by calling Gina Taucher at 284-2875.
