Cutting ribbons and hair in Belgium

My T’ Sharp Cuts recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Belgium. Participating were (from left) Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tara Williams, Chamber Vice President Chad Brakke, stylists Rachelle Ewald, Angie Gasser and Megan Walsh, Chamber President Annie Noster and board member Don Bystricky. The full-service salon in the strip mall at 107 N. Royal Ave. offers cuts, colors, permanents, up-dos, nails, waxing and lash tint and lifts.
