Cold closes town recycling center
Frigid temperatures and dangerous wind chills have caused the Town of Belgium to close its recycling center on Saturday, Jan. 24.
The center closes when the wind chill falls below 20 degrees below zero, according to the town’s website.
The center is expected to be open during its usual hours from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31.
