Cindi A. Hajek
Mrs. Cindi Hajek of Grafton passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, following a tenacious battle with cancer. She was 54 years old.
Cynthia was born on Aug. 15, 1965, the daughter of Richard and Ann Mann. She grew up in Menomonee Falls and the family later moved to the west side of the state. She graduated from Menomonee Falls High School, Class of 1983.
On Dec. 17, 1991, Cindi was united in marriage with Robert Hajek in Waukesha. The couple settled in Grafton in 2000. Mrs. Hajek was a credit and collections specialist with Charter Manufacturing in Mequon.
Cindi enjoyed trips to the casino with her family and friends to play the slot machines, and she also liked playing games on her phone.
She and Rob loved traveling to resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii to enjoy vacations in the sun. Most important to her were her children and family.
She is survived by her husband Rob; children Jacalyn Mann and Matthew Hajek; and granddaughter Addison Czerniecjewski, all of Grafton.
She is further survived by her mother Ann (Jim) Maus of Mountain Home, Ark.; brother Donald Mann of Waukesha; father-in-law Frank Hajek of Lyndon Station; four brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Richard Mann.
At Cindi’s request, no formal services will be held.
