Chamber to host two networking events

The Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce will host a couple of Young Professional networking events in the next two weeks.

On Saturday, March 7, there will be a family game and movie night from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center at Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon.

The event will feature an evening of games, crafts, popcorn, pizza and a movie.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a board game and wear comfortable clothes.

Adults must be present with their child the entire evening.

The cost to attend is $10 per family.

The center is at 12800 N. Lake Shore Dr. 

From 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, there will be a Young Professionals Luck of the Irish-ish Party at Edgewater Golf Course in Grafton.

The event will feature Reuben rolls, mini-shepherd’s pie, Irish potato boats and green deviled eggs.

There will also be specialty Irish cocktails such as a thin-mint martini.

The cost to attend is $15 per person in advance or $20 at the door.
