Blues concerts to be held April 22, 23

“Women of Blues and Generations of Blues” will be held at the St. Mary’s Expo Center at the Ozaukee County fairgrounds in Cedarburg from 1 to 10 p.m. April 22 and 23.

The festival, sponsored by the Paramount Music Association, includes music, food, drink, history and education programs and a silent auction.

On Saturday April 22, the center opens at noon and the theme is “Woman of the Blues.”

Music will include Slow Train featuring Sue DaBaco at 1 p.m., Ivy Ford at 2:30 p.m., Win Noll and the Rockin’ Souls at 4:15 p.m., Tullie Brae at 6 p.m. and Tammi Savoy at 8 p.m.

On Sunday, April 23, doors open at 1 p.m. The theme is “Generations of the Blues.”

The Sean McKee Band will perform at 2 p.m., Paul Filipowicz at 3:30 p.m., Rev. Raven and the Chain Smoking Altar Boys with Westside Andy at 5 p.m. and Altered Five Blues Band at 7 p.m.

Tickets for Saturday are $20 and for the weekend are $25.
