Block parties are a big hit.
The Belgium Area Chamber of Commerce’s latest idea was a success on Saturday night.
“Every party had a different vibe but what they all had in common was neighbors meeting neighbors and having fun together, which is just what we were hoping for,” Chamber Executive Director Tara Williams said. “Our party captains did a phenomenal job hosting each party and are already brainstorming ideas for next year.”
The Chamber is looking for more Chamber Ambassadors to help with its events. Ambassadors may be any age and can be entire families. For information, visit www.belgiumareachamber.org and click on the “volunteer” tab.
