Belgium Chamber seeks nominations

    The Belgium Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for awards in four categories, with winners to be announced at its annual dinner in November.
    Categories this year include Citizen or Volunteer of the Year; Business Improvement or Community Beautification; Distinguished Service or Outstanding Achievement; and Business of the Year.

    The awards night, called Celebrate Belgium 2018, will be held at Memories Ballroom in the Town of Port Washington on Nov. 7. Comedian Chris Barnes will perform after a buffet dinner.
    Tickets for $27 are available at area businesses.
