Anxiety management is topic for Dec. 7 workshop

    Anxiety management is the topic for an upcoming program offered by Ozaukee Family Services.
    “Anxiety Management and Self-Regulation” will be offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7.
    The program will help people understand the common forms of anxiety seen in children, adolescents, and adults.
    It will explain the neuroscience underlying and driving these anxieties and provide healthy practices to teach children to manage anxiety.
    Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for parents to break into groups based on the ages of their children to ask questions and get advice on how to implement strategies with their children.
    There will be limited free childcare available with advanced registration.
    There is no fee for the program.
