In a day and age when workers tend to leave their job before hitting the five-year mark, Mike Haupt of Cramer Coil and Transformer Co. in Saukville has gone against all norms.

Last week, Haupt celebrated his 40th anniversary at Cramer Coil, which is a designer and manufacturer of switching power magnetics located at 401 N. Progress Dr.
