Town of Fredonia resident MaryAnn Zonka, 81, died from Parkinson’s disease on Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington, where she had been living for the past year.
Services were held Saturday, Aug. 28, at Highland Memorial Park in Libertyville, Ill., preceding burial.
Arrangements were handled by Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington. |

Town of Cedarburg resident James B. Wedereit was widely known for the many years he worked as the service manager at 5 Corners GMC in Cedarburg.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the service.
The Rev. Don Zahurance will officiate.
Memorials to the family are requested.

Lifelong Port Washington resident Helene I. Gunther Kruke, 93, formerly of West Michigan Street, died Thursday, Aug. 26, at Ellen’s Home in Port Washington, where she had been a resident since May.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 28, at Friedens Evangelical Church, Port Washington.
The Rev. Brandon Lemons officiated.
Interment was at Union Cemetery in Port Washington.
Memorials to Friedens Evangelical Church are requested.
Arrangements were handled by Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Kory R. Smith died of complications from a severe compound fracture of his leg at his Port Washington home Sunday, Aug. 29. He was 37.
A funeral service for Mr. Smith will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at Open Door Bible Church in Port Washington.
Visitation will be at the church from noon until the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested.

Charlene Matheny of Wildwood Drive in the Town of Cedarburg died Saturday, Aug. 28, at Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg, where she had lived the last two years.
She was 75.
Private funeral services were held.
Funeral arrangements were handled through Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington.
