A seven-month undercover operation netted a 37-year-old man last week who now faces 13 felonies for allegedly selling drugs that ranged from narcotics to cocaine to an Ozaukee County sheriff’s deputy in Saukville.
Ray M. Calderon of Kewaskum was arrested last week in the parking lot of the Walmart store at 825 E. Green Bay Ave., where he sold more than $3,000 worth of drugs to the undercover officer beginning in August, according to the criminal complaint filed Monday in Ozaukee County Circuit Court.
Calderon is charged with eight counts of delivering narcotics and three counts of manufacturing-delivering cocaine, felonies each punishable by a maximum 10 years in prison and five years extended supervision.
