George W. Shultis, who was always singing and whistling, died Thursday, March 6, of anoxic brain injury and coronary artery disease at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon.

    Mr. Shultis, 83, lived in the Town of Port Washington.

    A celebration of life with military honors will be held at noon Saturday, March 22, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington.  The Rev. Coulson Leach will officiate.

    Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service.

Former Port Washington resident Joan Kichura, 82, died Feb. 27, in Panama City, Fla., of complications from a stroke suffered last fall.

A private family service will be held this summer at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Washington.

Interment was at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield for Port Washington resident Louise M. Allen, who died Saturday, Feb. 22.

Arrangements were handled by Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 11, for Port Washington resident Nancy Ann Myers, 46, who died Wednesday, March 5, at her home after a four-year battle with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).

A celebration of her life was held Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Grafton.

Memorials are requested to Los Toros Mission, the sister parish of St. Joseph Catholic Church in the Dominican Republic.

Arrangements were handled by Mueller Funeral Home, Grafton.

Longtime Port Washington-Saukville School District teacher Robert Frost, 63, died Saturday, March 8, of complications from Parkinson’s disease at Evergreen Nursing Home and Care Facility in Oshkosh.

Visitation was Tuesday, March 11, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, and Wednesday, March 12, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Princeton, followed by a Mass of Christian burial.

Memorials are requested to the Parkinson’s Institute, 945 N. 12th St., Suite 4602, Milwaukee 53233.

Bruce A. Becker died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Thursday, March 6, at his Port Washington home. He was 73.

    A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday, March 11, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Patrick Wendt officiated.

    Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Washington.

    In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society and St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church.

    Funeral arrangements were handled through Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.
