Longtime Port Washington-Saukville School District teacher Robert Frost, 63, died Saturday, March 8, of complications from Parkinson’s disease at Evergreen Nursing Home and Care Facility in Oshkosh.

Visitation was Tuesday, March 11, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, and Wednesday, March 12, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Princeton, followed by a Mass of Christian burial.

Memorials are requested to the Parkinson’s Institute, 945 N. 12th St., Suite 4602, Milwaukee 53233.

Bruce A. Becker died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Thursday, March 6, at his Port Washington home. He was 73.

    A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday, March 11, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Patrick Wendt officiated.

    Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Washington.

    In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society and St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church.

    Funeral arrangements were handled through Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Clarence C. “Chuck” Guddeck, 80, of Grafton, who once played the accordian with his band, the Chuck Guddeck Orchestra, and other polka bands, died of heart disease Monday, March 3, at Horizon Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon.
 
    A funeral service was held Monday, March 10, at Mueller Funeral Home in Grafton.

    Entombment was at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon.

    Memorials of the donor’s choice are suggested.

Menroy “Roy” H. Miller, 83, a well-known cribbage player in the area, died Wednesday, March 5, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton from a head injury he sustained in a fall at his home.

    A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday, March 7, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Patrick Wendt officiated.

    Interment was in St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Port Washington.

    Memorials are suggested.

    Eernisse Funeral Home of Port Washington handled arrangements.

Port Washington resident Judith Prom died Thursday, March 6, at Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon. She was 66.

    A private funeral service was held.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, March 13, for Virginia Parker Surma, 80, who died of lung cancer Sunday, March 9, at her home in Northlake, Ill.

    Although she spent much of her life in Illinois, she grew up in rural Oosturg and frequently visited her brothers and sisters who lived in the Belgium area.

    The Mass will be at 10 a.m. at Villa Scalabrini in Northlake, Ill.

    Visitation was scheduled for 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Ahlgrim’s Funeral Home in Elmhurst, Ill., and Thursday at Villa Scalabrini from 9 a.m. until the Mass.
 
    Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Ill.
