Former Port Washington resident Donna Mae Craft died Thursday, Oct. 1, at her home in Henderson, Nev., after a lengthy illness. She was 74.

Mrs. Craft was born in Port Washington on April 7, 1941, the daughter of Tano and Katherine Machlieth. 

She attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Port Washington and graduated from Canoga Park High School in Chatsworth, Calif., in 1960.

On Dec. 16, 1962, she married Allen Craft in Las Vegas.

Donna enjoyed crocheting and was a fan of Elvis Presley, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Green Bay Packers.

She is survived by her husband Allen and son Darrell, both of Henderson, Nev.; daughter Gina (Alex) Moreno of Santa Clarita, Calif.; and grandchildren Alexis, Tommy and Billie Moreno.

She is further survived by her sisters Margaret (David) Bowers of Lancaster, Calif., and Suzanne (Ron) Peot of Mukwonago. 

She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

No funeral will take place and a private burial will be at Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas.

Port Washington resident William Gilson died Friday, Oct. 2, at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Deacon Gerald Maleug will officiate.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from 3 p.m. until the service.

Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Random Lake.

Memorials to the Random Lake Fire Department or Random Lake Historical Society are suggested.

Former Port Washington resident Donald E. Jones, 66, died of cancer at his home in Brussels on Sunday, Oct. 4.

A celebration of Mr. Jones’s life with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at Huehns Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay.

Friends may call the funeral home Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service.

Keith Knop, who lived on West Foster Street in Port Washington, died in Summit on Monday, Sept. 21, of injuries he suffered in a car accident in Dodge County. He was 65.

A memorial service for Mr. Knop will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Tom Fleischmann will officiate.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the service.

Memorials to the Ozaukee County K9 Unit or the W.J. Niederkorn Library in Port Washington are suggested.

Former Ozaukee County Board Supr. Howard E. Neubauer, 92, died of natural causes Saturday, Oct. 3, at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington.

Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton.

The Rev. Scott Kruse will officiate.

Visitation will be at the church Thursday from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.

Memorials to St. Paul Lutheran Church are suggested.

Mueller Funeral Home, Cedarburg, is handling the arrangements.

Former Port Washington resident Joan V. Tholl, 89, died of natural causes Saturday, Oct. 3, at Belgium Gardens where she lived the past 10 years.

A Mass of Christian burial was held Monday, Oct. 5, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington.

Father Tom Lijewski officiated.

Burial was at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lake Church.

Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association, 620 S. 76th St., Ste. 160, Milwaukee 53214, are suggested.

Poole Funeral Home and Crematory in Port Washington handled the arrangements.
