Former Port Washington resident Harold G. Thiel died Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Samaritan Health Center in West Bend. He was 89.

    Funeral arrangements are pending through Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.

Arlene L. Jentges died at her home on Highway H in the Town of Port Washington Wednesday, Nov. 27. She was 76.

    A Mass of Christian burial was held Sunday, Dec. 1, at Divine Savior Parish, Holy Cross Chapel in the Town of Belgium. Father Jim Ernster and Deacon Gerry Malueg officiated.

    Burial was in the parish cemetery.

    Funeral arrangements were handled through Eernisse Funeral Home, Belgium.

Lee R. Tackes, 61, died Sunday, Nov. 24, from complications of diabetes, at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington, where he lived.

    He previously lived at Belgium Gardens, an assisted-living facility in Belgium, until moving to Heritage this year.
 
    A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium. Father Jim Ernster will officiate.

    Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the service.

    Burial will be in St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery.

    Memorials are suggested to the Association for the Rights of Citizens with Handicaps (ARCh) or to the Diabetes Association.

Former Waubeka resident Gerald C. Wach, 55, died of cancer Tuesday, Nov. 19. Mr. Wach lived in Germantown.

    A funeral service was held Nov. 22 at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls.

    Burial was in St. Rose Cemetery in Fredonia.

Brian Liebenstein, 55, died at his Port Washington home of multiple myeloma, a form of cancer, on Monday, Nov. 11.

Services were held Saturday, Nov. 16, at Goodale Memorial Chapel in Lockport, Ill.

A local memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials are requested to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

Former Port Washington resident Gertrude C. Barnes, 83, died Nov. 17, after a short stay at Sheboygan Senior Community, an assisted-living facility.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Port Washington.

Father Thomas Lijewski will officiate.
