Marvin N. Krier of Port Washington enjoyed many hobbies.

“My father liked to build model airplanes and do needlepoint,” his daughter Kathy said. “He also loved flying, fishing and hiking all around Wisconsin.”

Mr. Krier, 92, passed away on Friday, May 12. He was born to Ernest and Anna Jacoby Krier on Aug. 14, 1924 in Milwaukee. 

He is survived by his daughter Kathy (Peter) Perazzo of Nevada, his best friend and life partner Adeline Schmitz of Port Washington; sister Betty (Dave) Hucke of Milwaukee; sisters-in-law Diane Krier of Milwaukee and Barbara Krier of Indiana.

Mr. Krier was preceded in death by his wife Ruth; brothers Leroy, Wesley, Bob and Tom; and sister Marilyn DeBoth.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 19,  at Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington from 4 to 7 p.m.  Military honors will take place at the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. There will be a private family internment.
