Funeral services will be Saturday, June 5, for Vincent M. Schmit, 91, a former Fredonia resident, died Monday, May 31, at Harbor Club in Port Washington from complications brought on by old age. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at Holy Rosary Parish, St. Rose Chapel in Fredonia. Father James Ernster will officiate. Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until the Mass. Burial will be at the parish cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.
