Heidi A. DuCharme died Saturday, May 8, near her West Bend home. She was 38. A memorial service for Ms. DuCharme will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, May 17, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Mark Wagner of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Grafton will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a memorial fund established for the education of Ms. DuCharme’s daughters are suggested.
