John P. Kultgen died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Wednesday, Feb. 10, at his home on Highway B in the Town of Port Washington. He was 73. A funeral service for Mr. Kultgen with a VFW walk-through was held Monday, Feb. 15, at Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Jeffrey Suddendorf officiated. Interment with military honors was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Washington. Memorials are suggested.
