Belgium native Quentin M. Tackes, 86, who lived in Belvidere, Ill., died Tuesday, Feb. 2, at St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, Ill. A funeral Mass was held Saturday, Feb. 6, at St. James Catholic Church in Belvidere, Ill. Father Brian Geary officiated. Interment was in St. James cemetery. Memorials to St. James Catholic Church and School in Belvidere are suggested. Belvidere Funeral Home of Belvidere, Ill., handled arrangements.
