Longtime Town of Sherman resident Silvin F. Jacoby, 86, died Monday, Jan. 25, at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center in Sheboygan. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, St. Nicholas Chapel, in Dacada. Fathers Guy Gurath and Jim Ernster will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Eernisse Funeral Home, Belgium, and Friday, Jan. 29, from 9 a.m. until the Mass, at the church. Burial will be at St. George Cemetery in Six Corners. Memorials to Our Lady of the Lakes Parish or the Random Lake Fire Department are requested.
