Longtime Town of Fredonia resident Eleanore M. Buchholz, 96, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Kindred Hearts Assisted Living in Plymouth, where she was under care for the past six weeks.

A Mass of Christian burial was held Sunday, Dec. 9, at Divine Savior Parish, Holy Cross Chapel.  

Father Jim Ernster officiated.  

Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.  

Arrangements were handled by Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium.
