Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 16, for former Port Washington resident Trey David Eernisse, 25, who died Saturday, Dec. 8, at his Portage residence.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until the service.
