Former Lake Church resident Eleanor B. Bohn died at the Sheboygan Progressive Care Center on Wednesday, July 11. She was 99.
 
  A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14 at Divine Savior Church, St. Mary’s Lake Church Chapel.

    Father James Ernster officiated.

    Burial took place at the parish cemetery.

    Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium handled arrangements.
