Former Grafton resident Craig Carlson, 25, died at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton Saturday, July 14, following a pulmonary embolism after a sports injury.
   

A visitation will be held Friday, July 20, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Eernisee Funeral Home.

    Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.

    Rev. Paul Bulgerin will officiate.

    Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Grafton following the service.

    Memorials are suggested to the Grafton Soccer Club.
