Port Washington resident Stanley H. Ackeret died of complications from dementia Tuesday, June 19, at Lasata Nursing Home in Cedarburg. He was 88.

A memorial Mass was held Saturday, June 23, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington.

    Father Dennis Ackeret officiated.

    Mr. Ackeret was buried at St. Francis Borgia Cemetery in Cedarburg.

    Memorials are suggested to Heartland Hospice, the Alzheimer’s Association or as Masses.

    Eernisee Funeral home handled arrangements.
