Town of Fredonia resident Wendy A. Magnusson, 56, died following a lengthy illness Saturday, June 16.

A memorial service is planned to be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 21, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington.

Father James Ernster will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
