Cindy L. Kornely, who lived on Sunset Road in Port Washington, died Sunday, June 17, at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon. She was 52.

    A funeral service for Mrs. Kornely will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 21, at Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Brandon Lemons of Friedens Evangelical Church will officiate.

    Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Thursday until the service.

    Memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice are suggested.
