A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 3, for Miles P. Leppla, 91, who disappeared from his Cedarburg home on Oct. 4, 2011.

    On Wednesday, April 25, Mr. Leppla’s body was found in his car in a private pond at the end of Holy Hill Road in Germantown.

    The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. The Rev. Brent Halverson will officiate.

    Visitation will be at the church Thursday from 4 p.m. until the service.

    Burial will be Friday morning at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg.

    Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg is handling arrangements.
