Belgium resident Jerome F. Barth, 68, died from cancer at his home on Tower Drive on Monday, Nov. 16. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium. A time of gathering will take place at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until the service. Memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society are suggested.
