Former Port Washington resident James C. Nagrocki, who most recently lived in Padre Island, Texas, died of a heart attack Friday, Feb. 17, at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was 72.

    At Mr. Nagrocki’s request, no funeral was held.

    A private graveside service was held Monday, Feb. 20, at Duncan Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.

    Memorials to the Port Washington Fire Department are suggested.

    Funeral arrangements were handled through Saxet Funeral Home, Corpus Christi, Texas.
