Ann M. Stephens died of cancer Thursday, Dec. 29, at her home on Michigan Street in Port Washington. She was 41.

A celebration of Ms. Stephens’ life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at Vineyard Community Church in Grafton.

Memorials will be placed in a fund for her daughter’s education.

Funeral arrangements were handled through Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington.
