Carol R. Elbe of Port Washington died of cancer at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon. She was 83. A memorial service for Mrs. Elbe will be held at noon Saturday, Dec. 3, at Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington. The Rev. Don Niederfrank will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service.
