Grafton resident Tamara A. Otto, 61, who was known as Tammy, died Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Family Center of Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield.

Interment was at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Memorials to the Elmbrook Humane Society in Brookfield are requested.

Arrangements were handled by Shimon Funeral Home, Hartford.
