Former Saukville resident Christopher M. Coffen, 32, died of undetermined causes Sept. 6, his family said. He was found inside his apartment just a few blocks from the iconic sign in the Hollywood hills.

A celebration of his life will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at the home of his parents, 4640 Hwy. Y, Saukville. The Rev. Linda Westphal-Buth will officiate.

Memorials of time and treasure are requested to a free clinic of the donor’s choice to provide medical care to those in need.
