Donald N. Esselman died of lung cancer Monday, Sept. 12, at his home on East Van Buren Street in Port Washington. He was 85.

A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Poole Funeral Home in Port Washington.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. Saturday until the service.

Interment will be in Lakefield Cemetery in the Town of Grafton.

Memorials to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight are suggested.
